A take on the traditional rabbit vibrator but instead of bunny ears vibrating, you've got a dolphin's nose.
The dolphin's nose is powered by a 10 mode vibrator whilst the beads in the centre of the shaft rotate according to 6 modes. Both vibrators have 4 speed settings on top of this.
