Whilst having a look at what's on offer at several online sex toy shops, I stumpled across the Bonershaker / Ladyshaker made by Teatro di Vita on sale at Bondara. The Bonershaker is a mains powered unisex massager which comes with two attachments - one for him (the Bonershaker) and one for her (the Ladyshaker).
So what does it do?
Essentially it's a unisex masturbator-massager type product. The main unit connects to the mains socket which means there's no fiddly batteries to mess around with. It also means that the Bonershaker / Ladyshaker is way more powerful than something powered by a couple of AA batteries.
It's got an ergonomic handle making it easy to hold and use. It can also be used fully clothed or naked which shows how powerful it really is.
It's a doddle to use. Plug the unit into the mains and slide on an adapter.
If you're a man, hold it against the bottom side of your erect penis - near the top. This way, the massager targets the Frenulum (also known as the F-Spot) which is very sensitive and can lead to explosive orgasms.
If you're female, simply caress the pubic mound and clitoris. You'll get wonderful orgasms as the Ladyshaker adapter pounds your clit.
Whilst it's a one person toy, it can be used as a couple. Just interchange the adapters to use it on the other partner.
It should be noted that you don't need to be naked to use the Bonershaker / Ladyshaker. It can be used with your clothes on but men may want to wear a condom if they do this as there is a very strong chance of ejaculation when using the Bonershaker.
