Have Sex And Beat The Credit Crunch

The BBC today report that a YouGov poll has found the most popular free activity is sex, scoring more points than window shopping or gossiping!

The survey was conducted on behalf of the Terrence Higgins Foundation with the results published on World Aids Day (1st December 2008).

2,000 people were surveyed in November, a month dominated by news of the credit crunch and looming recession.

9% preferred window shopping as the best free activity with 6% preferring a trip to the local museum as a cheap activity.

37% of people surveyed considered sex as the best free pastime. The second most popular pastime was gossiping so that could well be about the sex

Increase In Condom Sales

The report coincides with another report that suggested condom sales are up.

It's important to emphasise the importance of using protection when having sex with short term or irregular partners, especially if you cannot be 100% sure of their sexual background.

Better to be safe than sorry. Use a condom.
