Rather disappointingly, the packaging consisted of a plastic display cover affixed to a cardboard back - a larger version of 'blister pack' type packaging.. "Lesser" cock rings have arrived at Sex Toy Sofa HQ in push-close plastic packaging, considered to be more up-market.
Admittedly, the packaging did lower my expectations somewhat. Lower quality packaging is generally a good sign that not much thought or effort has gone into producing a particular product.
The cardboard element of the packaging contains useful information, plus 2 extra batteries are included as a bonus.
The top half of the product is like any other cock ring on the market. It's a thicky stretchy ring that sits at the base of the penis. On top of it is a vullet that vibrates. The bullet sleeve (that holds the bullet onto the ring) is covered in nodules that are for your partner's benefit, bumping against her clitoris.
The twist with this cock ring is that there's a second (smaller) ring underneath the main ring. At the bottom of this hangs a smaller, lighter vibrator. The purpose of this ring is to wrap around your testicles.
The ring performs very well indeed. The vibrations of the top bullet are strong enough to be felt at the tip of the penis. The ring itself is also tight enough to constrict the blood flow slightly but not too tight it's uncomfortable.
The bottom bullet is divine. It was easy stretching this around my ball sack - it was more tricky trying to get it to stay there 
In the end, I stretched it over and around both testicles. This was extremely conformtable (even though writing it here makes it sound awful!). The vibrations here were just right. They aren't as powerful as the top bullet but let's face it, the dingley-dangleys are way more sensitive than the shaft of the penis and so don't need as much in the way of force.
The ring's great to use alone as well as during sex. During sex, the ring converts a regular penis into a warm vibrator so Mrs STS found it very pleasurable.
