Last week I was sent a pre-release product from LoveHoney. For months they have been secretly working on an innovative new patent-pending sex toy and today they finally released it. It's called the LoveHoney Sqweel and it's the very latest in oral sex toys.
As I got my paws on this a few days before it was released I've had a bit of time to test it out and review it.

The Squeel comes in a white cardboard box branded with the LoveHoney Sqweel text, logo and the strap line "a revolution in orgasms". It's got a designer feel to it and looks very special.

The Sqweel is certainly different to anything else I've seen before and I'm a huge fan of innovation. It was designed by Trevor Murphy who was the winner of the LoveHoney Design a Sex Toy competition back in 2006. It's a fantastic concept that is very different to anything else that's available right now.
The concept is relatively simple. A wheel of soft flexible tongues is housed in a hand held box. The wheel rotates in various speeds and each tongue licks your clitoris. The faster the speed, the faster the licks and the quicker you orgasm.
The wheel is encased in a soft black shell. When not in use, the Squeel has a clip on cover the hide the fan and keep it clean.
It's powered by 3 AAA batteries and LoveHoney have bundled in a set of top-branded Duracell batteries which is great news.
Nevertheless, there's one main question and that is whether the Sqweel is any good? Here comes the test...
The Sqweel has 3 speeds - low, mid and high. These are controlled from a switch at the base of the unit. I lubed up and started on low. At this speed it feels relaxing and very seductive. The design for the tongues is very realistic. They are very soft and gentle and flick the clitoris each time they pass it - the wheel consists of 10 tongues evenly spaced by the way.
The mid speed is roughly twice as fast as the slow setting. This speed got me panting. My body started to quiver as the tongues repeatedly flicked my clitoris over and over. At this speed I wanted to orgasm and could feel it nearing but it just wasn't close enough. Ah, the pleasure of a really long and tingly orgasm!
The high setting was the one that sent me over the edge. The wheel rotates at roughly twice the speed as the mid setting and was now enough to send me into a fit of screams as I clawed the duvet, grabbing hard to restrain myself. I quickly had to switch it back down to the slow setting as I couldn't take any more!
It's a quiet toy. It's not silent but it's close to, even at the top speed. the noise is easily drowned out by uncontrollable screams of passion anyway!
Using the Sqweel is left more-or-less up to you. The wheel moves in one direction so if you hold it one way, the tongues flick upwards upon your clit making for a more sensitive feeling. Holding the Squeel the other way around means the tongues stroke down over the clitoris for a more relaxing and gentle experience.

Clean up is a doddle. The slide of the Sqweel slides off so you can pull the wheel out. Clean this as normal, dry it and pop it back in and seal up. No fuss, no hassle and certainly no fiddly bits.
I enlisted the help of Mr STS top test the Sqweel on me. It's been cleverly designed to look enticing rather than scary to men. It's sleek and soft black shell is easy to hold and is easy for men to use on their partners. It definitely passed the couples test.
You'd be right in thinking this is a girls toy. It is and the packaging states that. However, we found out that it's great for boys too. I tried the tongues on Mr STS's penis and we discovered it's great for men too. He says it feels nice along the shaft but very nice across the top of the cock. It's true to expect women to be the main purchasers of this but remember it can be used as a unisex toy. We're proof of that.
(The Owner's Guide also states it's great for guys too.)
It's very obviously designed for women as the back of the box states "Squeel is a patent-pending sex toy for women". However, we discovered it could be used for men too. The tongue can be flicked over the head of a penis. It's non-explicit design means it's discreet and non-offensive. It's perfect for women and men to use singularly or as couples.
As mine was a pre-release edition, I didn't know the price of it. We honestly expected this to retail for around £50. It's got the feel, looks and functionality of a designer toy and so we expected a designer price tag.
The price on release day was £34.99 so at that price, I'd race to buy one. It's definitely become a firm favourite in my bottom drawer collection.
