Lovehoney Wild Double Stroker Review

Not so long ago Lovehoney launched a new range of male masturbator sleeves called Lovehoney Double Strokers. Three different types were launched: Lovehoney Intense Double Stroker (clear), Lovehoney Extreme Double Stroker (black) and the Lovehoney Wild Double Stroker (pink). They kindly sent over the latter for me to try out.

The Packaging

The Lovehoney Wild Double Stroker comes in a discreet Lovehoney branded cardboard box. The front is white with a large photo of the stroker sleeve prominantly displayed. The rear of the box simply contains the name of the stroker with the strapline "grip and go".

The sides of the boxes contain some text. One side explains a bit about the Lovehoney ethos whilst the other explains the features of the stroker including:

• Double the sensation as the sleeve is reversible with a different texture on either side
• It's a fun way to boost your stamina through regular practise!
• It is easy to use

Inside the box is the Strker together with a small paper leaflet on how to use the Stroker. The product is very intuitive so you might not need this however there are a few tips on how to get the most out of it, together with advice on using it as a couple rather than just for solo play.

The Product

The Lovehoney Wild Double Stroker is a male masturbator sleeve with a difference. This one can be turned inside out so you effectively get two different textured masturbator sleeves combined to make one toy. It's clever, innovative and there are three different ones to collect.

I've got the Lovehoney Wild Double Stroker which comes in a vivid pink colour. It's a soft and tight sleeve with nodules on one side and ribs on the other. Out of the three available it is the loosest. For a tighter feeling the Lovehoney Intense Double Stroker is a better choice. It is available in a clear colour and offers long teasing nodules on one side and short nodules on the other in wave patterns. The tightest masturbator is the Lovehoney Extreme Double Stroker which offers less texture but more tightness. Available in black it simply as a square pattern on one side and a ribbed pattern on the other.

All three masturbators are made from a skin safe rubber and all measure approximately 5.5 inches in length. Each masturbator features a single point of entry with the top sealed except for a small air hole. The canal diameter of the Lovehoney Wild Double Stroker measures approximately 1.25 inches though the super stretchy allows much thicker penises to enter the masturbator. If yours is narrower then the flexible material means you can squeeze tighter to get a more intense feeling.

The Review

The Lovehoney Wild Double Stroker is very easy to use and if you've used a male masturbator sleeve in the past then it works in pretty much the same way.

I started with a couple of squirts of my favourite water based lube inside the sleeve. I squeezed the sleeve and rolled it around to spread the lube. A finger can be used here or you could just liberally lube up your penis. It's entirely up to you but lube is definitely recommended as it makes the toy much easier and more comfortable to use.

I slid my penis into the sleeve and began pumping as normal. There are many great things about this particular sleeve.

Firstly, the flexible material is thick enough to not feel your hand squeeze but flexible enough to be able to adjust the pressure.

The double sleeve textures are great too. I preferred the ribs over the nodules as it felt a bit more intense. Having said that, using the sleeve made me orgasm much more quickly and more intensely than without.

I do have a small criticism though and that is the air hole valve. You can pop your finger over this which creates a bit more suction intensifying the feelings. This is great but if there were a way in which a valve could be added then that would be a great addition in a future version. Holding a finger over the hole is do-able but not the most comfortable, or not for me anyway!

Other than that it's a great value male masturbator. It's compact and discreet, yet features two different textures to choose from depending upon what mood you are in. Thanks to it's design it is non-threatening and non-intimidating so can be used either alone for some "stress relief" (aka stamina training!) or it is perfect for using as a couple. It feels even better when someone else is using the sleeve on you!

• Can be used for solo masturbation or with a partner as it is non-intimidating
• Unlike other sleeves it offers two textures. Simply turn the sleeve inside out to use the other texture
• The Double Stroker Wild features raised nodules on one side of the sleeve and ribbed nodules on the other side
• Can cover air valve on top with finger for increased suction though a physical on/off valve would have been better
• Super stretchy so will accommodate most penis shapes and sizes
• Easy to wash as it can be turned inside out
