Having tried out a few pussy pumps in my time, I've not found anything that suits my needs. The cups have been large and solid which is a problem when it comes to engorging my labia as apparently my body differs from that the sex toy manufacturers have used to create said cups.There I was thinking I was "normal" shaped!

The Doc Johnson Pucker Up Vibrating Clitoral and Vaginal Pump comes in a purple box which has been designed to showcase the product. On all four sides of the box is a picture of the kit. The front features a couple of benefits ("multi-speed vibration" and "soft, comfortable fit" whilst the rear of the packaging goes into a little more depth.
The rear features a couple of usage tips and it does sound a simple toy to use!
Inside the box is a white plastic tray featuring the clitoral pump, the bulb and the controller, all in an aqua shade.
The Doc Johnson Pucker Up Vibrating Clitoral and Vaginal Pump comes in three parts: the cover to place over your clitoris, the pump bulb to control the suction levels and a multi-speed vibrator controller.
The clitoral cover is made from a firm plastic so it doesn't really flex to accommodate different shapes or sizes. It is, however, small in size so it should fit most women.
At the top of the cover is a silver multi-speed bullet vibrator that is buried into the plastic. A cable (also in an aqua colour) comes out from the top of the bullet and joins the multi-speed vibrator controller.
The vibrator controller takes a couple of AA batteries (not supplied) and simply has one control dial which turns from off to full speed, with different speeds between.
Attached via a tube to the clitoral cover is a bulb used to suck air out of the cover. A quick release valve sits just after the cover to quickly release the suction if needs be.
Besides the uniformed colour in all the pieces, the thing that enchanted me most was the fact that the cover that sits over the clitoris and vaginal lips is small. Despite the fact that it is small, it has been designed to at least sit comfortably over your clitoris. My vagina is quite small so I was concerned that the cover would be too big.
After connecting the bulb to the cover I placed it over my clitoris and to my surprise it fit snugly. It perhaps would have been better if the dome was a flexible material but perhaps that wouldn't have worked so well in creating a seal. Speaking of seal I found that a bit of lube around the cover helped create a better seal for me.
I squeezed the bulb a few times and could feel my lips being sucked towards to the bullet. For me a couple of squeezes was all it took to hold the cover firmly in place by itself. A third resulted in a more pronounced feeling of suction and was my limit initially.
I wondered how well it holds so wriggled about and found it stayed put which was great news!
I decided to test the vibrations out and started slow whilst my lips were getting used to the suction. As the air had been sucked out that meant my clitoris sat closer to the vibrating bullet so on a slow speed this felt good. After a few minutes I decided to go for another squeeze which pulled my clitoris even closer.
At that point I decided to speed the vibrator up which quickly led to my first orgasm. The combination of suction on my lips and vibrations on my clitoris felt great. I expected to feel the suction a bit more but I think the vibrations help to numb the sensation a little.
After a while of using the pump I noticed my lips had puffed up a little. We've experienced this before with oral sex from Mr STS. Before long I became too sensitive to go on so I decided to stop the vibrations and release the suction to see what the results were. My lips had become swollen to at least twice their normal size which turned hubby on a lot.
