Tenga Flip Hole Male Masturbator User Review

There's been a lot of buzz surrounding the Tenga Flip Hole male masturbator. Sexshop 365 decided it was time I took it through it's paces so that's exactly what I did.

The Tenga arrives in a spherical plastic case. Whilst the sides are made from a flimsy plastic material, the top and bottom feel more rigid. I was surprised at how much it weighed. It measured a mighty 750g which slightly concerned me. At more than 1.5lbs, I didn't want to end up tiring out because of the weight.

Another surprising aspect is the size - it's quite chunky. It's been thoughtfully designed and can accommodate any size of penis and I suppose that with that, inevitably the size will perhaps be larger than lesser masturbators.

The Tenga comes complete with three tubes of various strength lubricant (affectionately known as "hole lotion") and a manual (mainly in Japense).

For easy comparison, it's been stuck next to a pack of meringue nests from a popular supermarket (don't ask - it's the only thing I could think of at the time!). The whole package can be easily held in one hand.

The Tenga Itself - Why Is It So Special?

The Tenga Flip Hole has been designed to form an enclosed masturbation capsule with an ability to easily open and clean it.

There's a 'U' shaped strip of plastic that holds the unit closed that also doubles up as the drying stand after use.

Once this is removed, you can open the Flip Hole and lie it flat. Each side of the Flip Hole is coated in seemingly random but contrived patterns of nodules. The clear material is a super soft, waxy jelly material. Pop down to your local supermarket and pick up a pack of jelly cubes. It's exactly the same as that (only it doesn't smell of strawberries!).

You pour some lubricant down the shaft of each side and then close the unit back up, sealing it closed with the 'U' strip.

Woosh! That was it - did you see it? I was expecting it to take ages to get to grips with and then it wasn't going to be as good as the hype. I was genuinely excited about receiving this but though that it would be too good to be true. WRONG!

Despite only using a small amount of lubricant, it was extremely easy to get my penis inside it - no force, no scraping and no chaffing. The instruction booklet wasn't much help as it's written in Japanese but having watched the video, I gathered that if you pushed the top buttons in, the suction increased. I did and it did.

This is around the time when I tell you how wonderful it felt and how amazing it was. But the problem with this is that I orgasmed extremely quickly. The sensation whilst masturbating was very pleasurable and because there are so many grooves and nodules, the feeling varied throughout. The suction was nice and just right for my liking - noticeable but not like it was trying to dismember your fella.

It doesn't feel like anything specific, nor is it trying to. It doesn't feel like a vagina or a blowjob per se. It feels more like a very nice combination of the two. It feels like the best of sex (the textures and feelings) and the best of a blowjob (again, the textures and the suction) and created a masterpiece as a result.

After The Fun...

Most masturbators are tricky to wash. Lubricant and sperm seem to make an ordinary cleaning job ten times worse. Luckily, the Tenga is designed so well as to keep the sperm within the unit, along with most of the lubricant used. It really is a stroke of genius how it managed to do this. I expected a big mess that was a pain to clean up. Far from it! It was simply a case of washing the flip in some water to remove the lubricant and sperm and placing it in the drying position, that is balancing the open Flip Hole on the 'U' shaped clip.

Should I be Rushing To Buy It?

If you haven't got one for you (or your partner or hubby ladies) you are missing out BIG TIME! This will certainly be used time and time again unlike some of the unbranded toys that are buried deep within the drawer.
