The bottle is well designed, with a classy pink push nozzle dispenser at the top. The gel looks like a clear water based lubricant.
It's a compact container so on the face of it, it looks like you won't get much gel. That said, you only need a very small amount each time so this will last you a long while.
Having used a similar balm product before, I had certain expectations. It started well as the packaging is significantly better than a tin of balm that resembles lip balm more than a clit balm. I love pink things so that's a great move by LoveHoney and Tracey Cox 
I applied about a pea sized amount on my finger and massaged my clitoris. An intense cooling sensation was felt which, as other reviewers have commented, felt like cold air being blown on my clitoris. It's quite an intense feeling which is caused by the arginine contained within the gel itself.
Rubbing my clit, I felt a more intense sensation than what I normally do. It's more defined, more pronounced, hightened if you will. It feels really good, although a little odd.
I did (accidently) use the same finger around my labia and this caused a mild burning sensation which was a little uncomfortable for a small period of time. I learned my lesson there and stuck to my clitoris! I'm not sure if I've just got a really sensitive vagina or whether this is one of those properties of arginine that would affect most women.
Overall, it's a nice product that intesifies feelings and does do what it claims to. It's fun to use with a vibe or clit stim but is very nice when massaged into your clit by a hunky guy 
If you or your partner is having difficulty in finding your clitoris, this will certainly help.
If you are after a more intense feeling during masturbation, foreplay or sex, this would suit you.
If you've tried tingle or arousal lubes/gels/balms before and find they irritate or burn, this will not offer you anything different and it's probably therefore not worth buying in this scenario.
I would buy this again, but it's something that I'd not use that often. As a spontaneous usage product, it's perfect. It offers the intensity and excitement it promises. If it's used regularly, it won't be as intense or special. For that reason, it would be a product I'd use when I fancy a real treat - something out of the norm.
It's one of the more intense gels I've tried and it's one of the better presented (classy bottle, great feeling gel) and would recommend this over similar gels or balms.
